Our consultations typically last around 30 minutes, but we'll take as much time as needed to ensure all your questions are answered and you feel confident moving forward.

No problem! During the consultation, we'll discuss your specific needs and goals, and help you determine which of our services would be the best fit for you and your business.
What is the refund policy at GX Consulting ?
Refund Policy
At GX Consulting Firm we are committed to providing high-quality services to all our clients. Please review the following policy regarding refunds for services purchased, effective since January 2024:
1. Eligibility: All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 60 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been rendered or partially completed are non-refundable. This includes consultations, analysis, and preparatory work.
3. Documentation Requirements: In cases where clients are required to provide documentation for services, failure to provide this information within 60 days will result in forfeiture of any applicable refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Processing Time: Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval.
5. Changes to Services: If changes to the scope or nature of services occur due to client requests, any applicable refund will be assessed based on the modified services.
